The scope of Josh Gonze’s activities includes analysis of industry, business and financial risk. This includes the calculation of financial and operating ratios. He also assists in trading bonds for both the mutual funds and private accounts. The rise of Josh Gonze in Thornburg Investment Management can be traced back to 1999 this was the year when he joined Thornburg Investment Management. Josh was named Managing Director in 2003 and was promoted to co-manager in 2007. 

The excellent track record of Josh Gonze can be traced back to the times when he was employed with Standard & Poor’s where he served as an associate director and set credit ratings for corporate bonds. Josh has brought along with him the power of market intelligence garnered at Standard & Poor’s that strives to provide its investors all the information and tips and needed to invest money. 

Josh holds a bachelors degree in economics from Oberlin College and has a Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in finance from the New York University School of Business. Apart from his endeavors in the financial sector Josh is an avid writer and has a book titled The Streets of Santa Fe to his credit.
